The Eintracht eagle logo has changed several times over the years, depending on the trends and requirements of the time. Eintracht Frankfurt’s current logo is a red eagle in a red circle, which is based on the coat of arms of the city of Frankfurt am Main and stands for strength, courage and freedom.
The eighties cult logo was introduced in 1980 and used until 1999.  It was simpler and more modern, but retained the white eagle on a black background.
There are also other eagles from earlier times (1920s and 1950s), but they all have one thing in common: They all represent Eintracht.
