At the Eintracht Frankfurt outlet, you will find a diverse selection of items. This includes sale items and B-goods, jerseys and equipment from the previous season as well as second-hand goods. Please note that the range in the outlet may differ from the other fan stores and the online store. As this is an outlet, we cannot guarantee the full range of sizes, as the items may also be individual items.
Unfortunately, we cannot grant an additional member discount on already reduced items in the outlet. The same applies to the birthday discount or other discounts.
Whether you can exchange an item that you bought in the outlet depends on various factors. Sale merchandise from the current range can be purchased in all fan stores and can also be returned in all fan stores. Sale merchandise, jerseys and kit from previous seasons, on the other hand, can only be purchased in the outlet and can only be returned there. B-goods purchased in the outlet cannot be exchanged.
Yes, you can redeem vouchers at the Eintracht Frankfurt Outlet and use them to pay for your purchase. You can find vouchers in our online store and in the official fan stores.
Yes, you can have your jersey purchased at the outlet flocked directly on site. Please note, however, that we cannot flock player names from the current season onto jerseys from previous seasons. In addition, flocking can only be done at the outlet and not at any other Eintracht Frankfurt fan store.
Please also note that there may be waiting times for the flocking of jerseys and that it may not be possible to take the jersey home immediately.
In the Eintracht Frankfurt Outlet you can pay with all common means of payment, just like in our other fan stores. We accept cash and card payments.
No, it is not possible to return items to the outlet. Due to the high demand, we are unable to accommodate individual customer requests. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to your visit to the outlet!
Yes, the Eintracht Frankfurt outlet is regularly supplied with new merchandise. However, we cannot guarantee that items that have sold out will be available again and cannot provide any precise information about which items will be replenished and in what quantities.
