Since CHAPS was founded in 2004, they have grown into an industry leader in the merchandising sector. Starting with just three employees, they now boast 45 team members and operate from an 800 square metre office near Cologne West. Their worldwide partnerships allow them to offer high quality products at fair prices and constantly expand their global reach.

CHAPS commitment to sustainability is reflected in carefully selected partnerships and a long-term strategy. They only work with certified suppliers and focus on environmentally friendly office practices. Their central warehouse in Frechen enables fast, CO2-neutral deliveries using DHL GoGreen, for example. They also employ their own sustainability manager who monitors all production processes.

CHAPS is committed to a sustainable and ethical supply chain that extends from the extraction of raw materials to manufacturing in countries such as China, Turkey and Bangladesh. To ensure this, they work closely with certified suppliers, carry out their own audits and communicate all relevant requirements through a comprehensive Supplier Code of Conduct. In order to check compliance even more thoroughly, both for them and with certifications, great importance is attached to regular external audits.
