Brands Fashion is located in Buchholz, near Hamburg. The company was founded in 2002 and currently employs around 80 people. The group of companies includes a logistics company (Brands Logistics), an e-commerce service provider (GoJungo), a subsidiary for textile sports and promotional articles (Clothing Network) and a branch in the USA (Brands USA).

Brands Fashion works with nominated & certified suppliers in India, Bangladesh, China, Portugal and Turkey. The aim is to build long-term & close partnerships. In addition to a minimum level of environmental and social standards according to which suppliers are selected, the company particularly promotes sustainable endeavours. A large part of the production comes from an Indian "Green Factory", where sustainable building materials are used, renewable energy is utilised and rainwater is recycled.
