The classic drum roaster from Frankfurter Kaffeerösterei not only brings a touch of nostalgia with it, it also offers flexibility in terms of roasting and variety.
The 60 kg Joper drum roaster is controlled by computer. All roasting profiles are thus controlled in a repeatable manner, constantly monitored by the roasting master, so that you always receive your favourite variety in consistent quality. We therefore offer consistently fresh, stomach-friendly, low-bitter coffee products - a level of quality that we can only achieve through manual labour and traditional methods with gentle processing and roasting. And of course you can taste it - in every cup!
