Important information about the jersey and flocking
The white back flocking is used on black jerseys.
On these jerseys, the name is placed at the bottom, while the “EINTRACHT” lettering is positioned above it.
The appearance of the back flocking in the jersey configurator may differ from the final product.
The placement of the slogan on the back of the neck may vary and does not constitute grounds for a complaint.
The size of the flocking is always based on the smallest available jersey size and cannot be customized.
Jerseys can be flocked with player names and personal names.
Please note that jersey numbers are subject to change until the start of the season.
For flocking with players' names, the delivery time is extended by approximately 2 to 4 business days.
For custom-flocked jerseys, the delivery time is extended by an additional 4 to 6 business days.
Custom-flocked jerseys are excluded from the right of cancellation.
This also applies to changes in players, names, or numbers.
Once you receive the order confirmation, cancellations or changes to jerseys with personalized names are no longer possible.
Jerseys ordered through the online shop can only be flocked at a later date at official fan shops.
Subsequent flocking is only possible using flocks purchased directly at the fan shop.
The prices for flocks are the same as those in the online shop.
Please note: On the women's team jerseys, the player's name is printed at the top. The “Lotto Hessen” sponsor logo is already pre-printed at the bottom of all jerseys.
